It has been far to long since I have put anthing up here regarding my training.
We have been getting ready for the Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back, We have an ultra team that is all family including my sister-in-law who is 7 months pregnant. WE have been running back to back runs in order to get ready and the time has finally come. |
